It was started by Masakazu Someno when he first saw that there was a demand for skateboarding culture to thrive in Algeria, but because of strict regulations, it was difficult for the youth to obtain access to skateboard equipment.
Ollie For All is joint effort between various individuals living in France and Japan. It is sponsored in part by hlwrld a street brand from Tokyo, Japan. The event was a one-day skate competition event with skateboard decks and prizes given to the winners of the competition to help spread the culture of Skateboard in Algiers, Algeria.
